Hi! I have read past posts about my problem and from everything i have read leads to a faulty powerpack. My question is would it go out all at once. I purchased boat two days ago and took it out and it did fine. Then today i was running a little less than half throttle and it quit. No i have no spark on all cylinders. Is it normal for them to go bad all at once. Thanks in advance for any help.

Those powerpacks can (and

Those powerpacks can (and do) fail like that at times. It's a good idea to always have a spare pack on hand along with the tools needed to change it. I'd suggest you purchase a new pack and try it.

"after further inspection i found two of the spark plug wires have bare spots where they have been rubbing. Also looked under flywheel and it looks like my stator is dripping some kind of goo on top of the motor. I guess that i need to replace stator, coils, and powerpack. Right?"
