i put in new impeelor and chan

i put in new impeelor and changed what ever seals i could get because they didnt have the kit my over heating problem is solved but when i shut the motor off my pee hole keeps draning clear water till the end then it turns ucky and kind of black and foamy the water that is and the same out my propler shaft i dump the bottom end oil and it seems okay do i have a problem here and if so what could it be thanks!

however....this COULD be indicative of the inner exhaust cover burning thru....eng running ok?
if u r getting the blk residue,out of a wtr indicator,i would ck it...its on the port sd of eng....the lg big cover..on INSIDE..u will need gaskets if u persue this..."
 
so the motor is hard to start

so the motor is hard to start now if i get it running it runs for 10to15 seconds then dies i checked to make sure its getting fuel which it is any ideas!
