" i put in 4 new plugs with out electrode at the tip it will strat rough and no power goes forward very slowy and will stall .har dto strat after that i spent 3000.$ to get it repaired the clown chaneg everthing that could be changed under the cover,coils,stator,powerpack,fuel fliter fuelline,crabkits ,rectifier he did everything dame promblem still thier. pleas help "

" Do the basics , check compression ,check that spark jumps 7/16" on EACH cylinder.These motors were famous for broken piston rings, so remove the bypass covers and have a look at them. "

" please help. i have got a 1974 135 hp starflite evinrude motor,not a lot of use through the winter but have started it on a regular basis. But recently tried to start it but it wouldnt fire,i have got spark 150 psi on each cyl does anybody have any ideas, after about 1 hr and a battery recharge it started but no it was not flooded. please help. "
