1974 mercury outboard

Working on this mercury trying to get it to start it has good compression good spark it turns over very well first thing I found the gas was coming out milky from the fuel pump cleaned it out and still can't get the motor to fire any help is appreciated

Wow sorry it's a 115hp. And we got it running and it runs nice this thing is a clean motor
