I finally have most of the bugs out of this unit after it sat for a few years. Compression 115 on all 4 cyl. Now at fine tuning stage its running consistently decent in water. Not leaking any fuel after needle / seat replacement BUT not seeming to get full rpm's - running rich. Upper carb was set at 2.0 turns out and lower at 3.5 turns out. Wow. Running much smoother at 1.5 turns but much harder to start now. Any ideas from the Mercury gurus ??
