I have a 73 85hp johnson outboard that i am trying to get running. It only had spark on one side so i changed the CDI box and now the spark is good. Now it looks like it isnt getting fuel. It has good compression and the vaccume line going into the fuel pump has suction. Do you think it could be the fuel pump ? Thanks !!!
