1973 JOHNSON 65 hp

Probably a dumb question but dose anyone know why theres water spitting out of my lower Carb on my 1973 65 hp Johnson. By the way yes it dose run like crap. Please help.

This definantly water spitting out. I dont have a way to check compression. No signs of the motor having been apart. Maby the "water/exaust" chamber is cracked and letting water into the intake???
