while I was trying to remove the carbs for overhaul, I broke the fuel inlet to the center carb. The old fuel line was hard and I suspect vibration was an issue. Anyway, I need to know if the fitting is easily obtained or do I have to order a new bowl to get that fitting?
It appears that the fitting is pressed into the bowl but would be easy to remove the broken part since it was drilled completely into the bowl. I assume that a new one could be lightly pressed into the bowl if I had the fitting.

You'll probably have to get a new bowl as the fitting is part of the bowl. You may try some of the marine salvage yards as there's quite a few out there.
