Hey guys, I bought a 1963 65hp johnson outboard recently. I went to put it in the water and it starts up perfectly but will not go forward. The motor dies after a few seconds. I brought the motor back and ran a cylender drop test. It appears that the top cylinder is the only one working? Could this be because bad spark plugs? or coils? or are ,y cylinders shot? Please help!!
