1973 65 hp evinrude question please help>>

hi im just wanting some help on a power tilt trim unit.

i have been given a hole bracket and power tilt trim unit from a suzuki about the same year and hp as my evinrude 1973

my question is how hard will it be to put it on my evinrude and if any one has any advice. i can get the hole suziki outboard apart from power head.
