1973 115hp wont pee plz help

so i have replaced the impeller and i flushed out all the lines and still no water coming out at all!!!!!!!!

If you're absolutely sure that the plastic elbow at the exhaust baffle plate is clear along with the flexible hose and the plastic fitting at the hood pan... it would be a good idea to drop the lower unit and double check your work.

However.... if you're running the engine in a barrel, large trash can, whatever, keep in mind that the water level MUST be 3 or 4 inches above the joint where the lower unit connects to the long exhaust housing so that the water pump is submerged. The pump is not self priming.

I'm using muffs don't have a can or anything big enough to put it in only thing that I'm not 100 on is the pin I was told it didn't stick out very far that mine is fine but still seemed a little bit to small to me but it still spun the impeller when I put new one on I'm pulling lower end again tomorrow to check and make sure all is right and make sure tubes and hoses are all clear again other then that I'm at a loss
