1972 Evinrude 293R tilt/trim

I recently was gifted an old boat with the 1972 engine which has no power trim. I am wondering if one of the more recent trim systems, (not aftermarket but Oem) can be fitted to this motor. I've been looking on ebay and the oldest ones I've seen are from '84 and newer

It would be a lot of work to fit a 1984 trim system on a 72 model motor.-----Consider that a " no it can not be done " answer.

It can be done by jacking up the hood and running a new motor under it. Then go get a new hood.
