1972 Evinrude 15hp running intermittently

Runs*ok at mid to WOT*then dies, starts sometimes, then it won't.* Will start with throttle @ 50%. Sometimes runs on one cylinder.
New plugs, nice big blue spark. Repaired wiring from mouse chewing.
Even compression at 100-95 or so.
Carb, removed it*is spotless as far as I can see.
Has one replacement coil, cylinder not firing is on this coil.
Thinking either fuel pump or wiring issue.
I bought this motor from a friend for $150 as it had sat in his barn for 7 years.* It was his father's and looks very well maintained other than damage from mice/storage.*I am going to part it out if I can't get it running right.

Fuel pump can be ruled out by using the primer bulb as a " manual fuel pump " -------how does the motor behave when you keep squeezing it ??-----Point must be absolutely clean.-----------What do you mean when you say " nice blue spark " and then say one cylinder with new coil is " not firing " ???-----------Did any " mouse poop " get into the reed valves??
