This has been sitting vertically and covered for 4 years. I'm in the process of getting it running. I want to replace the water pump and can't find specific directions. Is it as simple as disconnecting the shift rod and removing the lower unit, then replacing the pump? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
