Famrer gave it to me for free

Famrer gave it to me for free. Hasn't moved in ten+ years. Lower unit oil good. wheel hubs greased. new battery. new trailer wires. turned key nothing happens. What filters and other maint can I do to get this thing started up you think? Nice boat for free!

Carburetors may require cleaning if it sat with fuel in them all these years. Do a compression test before you spend money and check to see if you have spark at EACH cylinder that will jump a gap of 3/8". "
