1972 65 hp johnson

I have a 1972 65 hp johnson the bottom cylinder has no compression. It runs with ear muffs on it but wont run in water. It does shift forward and reverse. I have all the controls with it. I will part out but would rather sell whole.

Pull the head off, it may be just be a blown head gasket.
