"Needs some advice on a 72 Evi

"Needs some advice on a 72 Evinrude 50hp. I replaced the stator and rectifier and I cannot get a spark on either plug. I bought this motor not running, stator was bad. Should I replace the power pack and coils? Placing a voltmeter on the coil wire position coming off the power pack while engine is spinning produces no voltage. Any thoughts or advice. Thanks for your help."

"Thanks, anything special with replacing power pack? It seems pretty straight forward, with the screw in terminals. Should I be getting any voltage out of the power pack at the coil wires, when engine is spinning?
