1972 4hp Seahorse

Hi all,
I'm new to the forum. The reason I'm writing is I need a few recommendations.

I just picked up a 72 4hp Seahorse that's in incredible shape. It hasn't been started in over 12 years. I bought a new gas tank and hose and hooked it up. Pulled the plugs out to clear the jugs with a couple of pulls and check for spark. Spark looked good, so I put em back in and hooked up the tank.

After a couple of yanks it fired up and ran surprisingly well. The main thing I'm concerned with is the impeller for the water pump. Where is the pee hole for this motor.

Where can I get a carb kit and a pump impeller?

I think you will find there is no telltale. You should however see a little water being blown from the exhaust relief ports on the leg, maybe only a few droplets or just a fine mist.

Impeller/ pump repair kit and carb kit should be available from MarineEngine.

Thanks, I did see some droplets and mist coming from the exhaust. I wasn't sure if that would be enough or if it should be a steady stream.
