Hi,

I have no spark to the plugs, but I see that the Amplifier has two wires unhooked - the red and the gray. Does anyone know where these attach or do you have a wiring diagram?

Thanks-a-bunch

Gray is the tachometer wire, red is the charge wire from the rectifier. Neither has anything to do with the spark. One has to wonder why anybody disconnected them.

BTW, the gray wire from the amplifier is for a special CD tachometer (extremely obsolete). When using an alternator-driven tachometer, the gray wire from the tach would instead be connected to one of the yellow alternator wires--as shown on the diagram

Thanks so much for the insight. The diagram was helpful also. I am finally able to get back working on it this next week. I will start measuring and tracing power and see how far I get.
