I want to change my Chrysler m

I want to change my Chrysler mechanical Voltage Regulator #2098300 for a Sierra electronic unit #18-5710.

1) Can I use new unit with existing Chrysler Charging Relay #2095945?

2) How are the various wires reconnected?

You could also go with a one w

You could also go with a one wire alternator and eliminate it altogether. Easy to do if you want to have your alternator rebuilt/ upgraded at the same time.
