"In the gearcase or lower unit or what ever you want to call it. At the bottom of the leg with the propeller on the back

Should be able to find two identical flat headed screws. One is on the very bottom. The other is above the cavitation plate. Take those out, let the old oil drain. If its milky looking you have seal gone probably. That will need investigation and rectification.

Fill with new oil via the bottom hole with a pump or squeezable bottle until oil flows from the top one. Refit screws with new washers.

DO NOT remove any Philips headed screws or bits inside will come adrift.

Seriously you need a manual if you have to ask that sort of question! "
