1969 Johnson 55hp stalls with power/won't start

I have a 1969 Johnson 55hp outboard. It ran great in the yard but when we took it out it immediately stalled under any load. Now it will not start at all. The compression is 120 on all three cylinders I'm sure that's adequate. Points look so so could probably use a scraping and gaping. I had a 71 Johnson with no spark and it turned out to be the ignition switch. Any possible ideas I might be missing or is there anything else to check. Thanks

I would like to 140 + PSI on that motor.----Clean and set the points at 0.010"------Inspect anti-reverse spring.------Clean rotor & distributor cap.----What are the low speed idle mixture screws set at ?

I'll have to fly with the 120 it should run with that. I'm trying to gap the points but I cannot find a timing mark anywhere on the shaft. The guy I got it from said he filed the points if he did you can't tell and I don't think he knew anything about point gap. All I see is a fairly large cut out but I don't that is the mark.
