1969 Graymarine enginxes

In all practical purposes Continental closed down Graymarine in 1967. This is what everyone is assuming? I just bought a 1969 Motorboating magazine Show Issue ,and guess what! There's a small Graymarine ad in the magazine,it even show a photo of a 232 OHV 6 cylinder engine inboard,which I would have to say that's a AMC engine. With the above said, does anyone out there knows anything of Graymarine in the years '67-'69.Everything on the internet comes up blank.

I'd suggest contacting Van Ness Engineering....they are the source for most everything tied to GrayMarine engines from the last century.
