hello!! my ? is why do i get a light white film over my spark plugs afta use?N anyone now the piston order from top to bottom botton to top 123?its a 55 evinrude 1969 55973C

White film.... On electrodes OR on top of the outside boot?

The color of white normally indicates water.

Numerical numbering of the cylinders and also the firing order is as you stated... top to bottom cylinder is 1,2,3.

i think so at one point it atpeared like tiny water bubbles on top of spark plug n i dont think is lower unit oil just change all seals n impeller n thermostat I still get oil that looks milky from prop housing

When running on a hose you will get milky sludge coming from the prop exhaust !
