1969 25 HP Evirude Compression

Could someone let me know what the correct compression would be on a 1969 25 HP Evirude outboard. When I checked it with my compression tester both cylinders came out at 95psi. The engine was cold (it was about 35 degrees out) and hadn't run at all before I did the test. Dont know if that would make a difference or not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Gauges are all different !------------Big thing is that both read the same and that is a very good sign.
