1967 Johnson 6hp wonbt stay running

I recently picked up this 67 J

I recently picked up this 67 Johnson 6hp and it will start and run for 20-30 seconds and then die. After that it won't even fire? It seems to have good spark. What should I look at first?

"Does it keep running if you squeeze the primer bulb? If this is the case the bulb is acting like a manual fuel pump. I would think if this is the case, a fuel pump would be the problem. Also check the fuel delivery system from the tank pick-up to the fuel connector on the motor. Make sure there's no leaks (air or fuel), or clogs in the lines."

Aslo make sure the gas tank vent is clear I had this happen once.
