1967 Evinrude Angler 5hp

I'm looking for a little direction. I've got an 67 Evinrude Angler that's beginning to stall out under load. In the test tank this engine runs just fine once it gets started. Starting it can be a little irrating at times. So, I'm looking to rebuild the carb thinking this is going to be my main issue. This is going to be pending a compression test tomorrow.

This leads me to 3 questions.

1.) Is there a carb kit available for this engine? I can't seem to find one anywhere but read a post elsewhere that a guy found one.
2.) The fact that it runs in the tank but stalls out under load....what should that tell me? I'm assuming the low speed idle..idk?
3.) Let's talk worst case on the compression test, is this motor worth rebuilding?

I've rebuilt several engines in the past, mainly small engines. So I'm not afraid to tackle this one either. I just don't want to put too much into it. Any info you fellas can help me with is most helpful. Thank you

I appreciate the responses. This motor is actually in great shape and I'd rebuild it for the right price. After the compression test today it seems that the carb is going to be my main focus.

Can anyone point me to where the carb kit is for this motor?

Perfect! I'll get this ordered tonight.

Can anyone tell me what the correct compression should be for this engine? I'm assuming close to 60. I'm going to need to recheck this tonight.
