I recently got the timing setup on my outboard which is a 1966 evinrude sportfour however only two cylinder will run at any one time the other two do not.
I have check the spark on all four plugs and they all have strong spark Evan when the engine is running.
I removed the plugs from the side with the two cylinders not sparking and ran the engine there was no fuel shooting out just dry air. Do you think this could be a carby issue? If so what do you recommend I do to fix the problem.
Just to also note cylinder 1 and 3 were firing and now stopped and cylinders 4 and 2 and firing
