1966 Evinrude 80hp no spark

Hi folks, newbie here. Got a 1966 Evinrude 80hp that ran fine, then just shut off mid-lake like you turned off the key. I don't know much about magnetos and can't find a wiring diagram for it. Unsure how to test the coil or what to look for. Any help? Model #80653 C.

Mark reference points for magneto timing to crankshaft.----Do this so you can remove the magneto.-----Clean points.----Spin the magneto and test for spark.-----Check and see if you get spark out of the coil on your work bench.-----Replace rotor if you get spark out of coil.----Test and see if you get spark out of the distributor cap and the 4 leads.
