I am concerned that my 1965 Johns 20 HP FD-19 is not cooling properly.
Upon investigation I removed the thermostat cover an observed the water flow (see attached picture).
It seems the water is coming out from the bypass and not under the thermostat.
Any ideas what the problem may be?
