Im curious on this motor on the throttle it has start-shift-slow-fast on dial. It starts fine..but when I go to shift or slow the motor quits runs in fast position . Should this outboard run in the shift and slow position. Which I think it should and if someone kind enough can resolve why it won't for me. I would be thankful.
