1965 9.5 Sportwin - Is that carb problem?

hi
i have done a video of my engine, i have a problem with it!
Please tell me what is your opinion?

As you can see this is wrong,there are small cuts.

Engine didn't run since 5 years,i think fire is ok.

Sounds like classic " lean sneeze "----------------Open up the low speed needle some.---------Remove knob to reset it if you get to the stop.-----You have checked ignition to see if it will jump a 6 or 7 mm gap ?
