I pulled top off carb and cleaned it with spray carb cleaner and compressed air put in new needle and seat and float but did not remove high speed jet just spray carb cleaner and compressed air through all holes. It cranked up but will only run at 98% choke. I think maybe high speed jet is still dirty. Question, can the high speed jet be removed without pulling carb from motor block? Also I did not remove the flat aluminum plugs on the side of carb. what is behind them and should I pull them to clean behind them? any advice is appreciated.
