Do we have an expert on these motors? I have several questions. Right now my problem is no spark on the top cylinder.

Simple magneto on those.----Step #1 us to clean ( very clean ) the breaker points.----Test for spark.---And good spark on those can easily jump a gap of 1/4" or more.
