"It does sound a bit high - however, you have to consider the following:
Is the prop brand new OEM version (old stock)
This has been long discontinued and any stock will definately be dwindling.
If it's "aftermarket" the company has done a production run for an obsolete prop aimed at a small/dwindling market - it cost them a few extra bucks to produce this.
Are you willing to pay that for the prop - if you are (or someone is) the price is "fair market".
You should however investigate with the numerous aftermarket prop companies out there.
Another option is seek out the recyclers or have a look on Ebay for a decent used one - or even one that needs to be re-hubbed (which is significantly cheaper in most cases than buying a new prop).
I would suspect that if OMC still produced this, that would be close to the price they would be looking for - their modern engines of that hp have props that list for over 100 bucks.
Or - spend the 75 bucks and be carful with it
