1962 qd23 lower unit problems dealing with propeller and water cooling

1:my envirude is haveing maybe

1:my envirude is haveing maybe prop slippage like it runs great at idle foward and little higher rpms but once i get to max goes no where and propeller barely spins i go fast at idle lol please give advice

2:well the pee holes arent giveing out enough of water and i think exhaust too but it gives good amount and after i shut down exhaust starts to stema a little normal? and pee holes should i flush motor or replace water pump?

ok well i know the propeller slips cause i would put it in forward it wouldnt turn the engine and my other problem deals with the engine cause it would idle good then spurt out exhaust and when i drain the engine like takeing out the gas line spurt out there too plus below the engine department there r these two holes small yet it spurt out something might be hot water but only happenes sometimes and idk about the gas leak out of the exhaust even though its a 2 stroke and its old 1962 10 hp and qd-23 yet its a really good motor
