1962 3hp Lightwin Head Bolt Torque

I am replacing the cylinder head on my 1962 3hp Evinrude Lightwin and I am wondering if anyone knows what the torque specifications are for the bolts. Also, do you think it would be a problem to replace the bolts with stainless steel ones? Does stainless steel have any problems associated with using it for this type of application?

Marine grade stainless is fine. 60 -80 inch pounds tight.
