Had my boat on the water today. Ran great until the motor warmed up then it started bogging down and would not reach full rpm. Got home and thinking one set of points had closed. Upon further inspection, the lower plug wire was arcing through the plug boot. I installed new E3 plugs back in the spring. Would the arcing be caused by a defective plug? I've never seen this before.
