Hello everyone, my beautiful seahorse turns over and runs wonderfully. BUT suddenly I cannot move the throttle past 1/3 speed. disconnected the throttle cable - it glides fine. Sorry I don't know the names of all the bits but... the levers at the carbonator and springs move well / the horizontal slide underneath the starter moves well. BUT the vertical spindle operating all of the above seems jammed and has a limited range of movement. also at the base of this vertical spindle is a small piece with two screws and a wire attached it doesn't look like it should move but when operating the throttle cable it moves as if under stress. If any of you could suggest a solution I would be very grateful
