**1960 johnson 10hp qd-21 help please**

Hi Everyone,
I am freshing up a 1960 johnson 10hp. I completely rebuilt the carb with new float, new waterpump, all new ignition. I went to start it today and I got it started, but could not keep it running and it was hard to start. The spark is great on both cylinders. Compression is 70psi on both cylinders. carb is getting fuel, so I know fuel pump is working. Please help!!! Any suggestions appreciated.

I guess people on this forum do not like to help anymore. I have posted 2 questions to this forum and have not got any responses.??????
 
Don't get mad because you didn't get an answer right away people have lives. What is your low speed needle set at go 1.5 turns out from lightly seated to get you started.
