1956 model 7520 impeller change

I cant get the lower to drop out on this pup.Do I need to remove the power head or the lower gear case to get er to drop out to service the water pump,it is not pumping. I posted on another site as well,hope to get a hit.ser06688.thanks-b

I think I already answered your question elsewhere.

Some sites are harder to get onto than others,cant get in to some others at the moment.I think the power head needs to come off to disconnect the shift linkage though.
