Need help. engine runs smoothly for 30-45 minutes. Shut down let sit for 15-30 minutes and restarts. After restarting upon trying to acclerate engine shuts off without any miss at all. Can let sit for 30mins to an hour and will restart or can restart with statring fluid. Fuel pump has been rebuilt, new filter as well. Engine just falls on face and dies.
 
That sounds unusual. You state it runs for 30-45 mins. Does it shut down by itself?
Does the fuel line ever run close to the engine as in Vapor lock or does it run above the height of the fuel pump inlet? Does the fuel line have a loop in it between the carb and the pump?

start from your tank, does it have screen over the fuel line going into tank if it does make sure it is not clogged is it a downdraft zenith carb a little more info could be helpful coil could be overheating float could be sticking in carb depending on type of carb
