Is there a way to convert the

Is there a way to convert the pressure tank to a mechanical fuel pump? If so I would like to know this as I have one that runs great and I want to use it as a kicker motor

"Thank you all for the answers,as I can now procede with this project. There is nothing wrong with the tank other that I havent used it in years. Like I said I want to use it as a kicker and I can get fuel right from the water separator as my boat has an inboard tank, again thanks"
