I was given a red and white Johnson recently which I have been trying to id. The plate says QD-16 which tells me its a 1955 10hp motor that is green in color but this one is red and white and it looks like it came that way from the factory not just some repaint. Another telling factor is the choke lever
is on the right side not the left like a 1955. There is a number on the head that looks like 303404 hard to tell. Is there another way to find what this motor is? Thank Tom
