1954 Evinrude 15 horse carb needed

As thread title implies I’m in need of a carb for a 1954 super fastwin 15 horse.
My repair tech has sent me the following text message after initially thinking a rebuilt kit was in order:
“Upon further inspection you might be better off trying to locate the whole carb. We found a lot of corrosion which is causing the adjustment knobs to be stuck. I suspect if we were to force them free they'll never fit properly and therefore never be able to adjust them.”
Any help in finding a replacement carb would be greatly appreciated.

If the needles are stuck, first soak in straight Simple Green for two days, rinse with water then one day in Chem Dip carb cleaner. There are fibre packing washers (3) for each needle that will need to be replaced in order to get the needles resealed and working properly. They will loosen.

What about finding a replacement carb?
I’m having a difficult time locating one and wonder if other years used the same carb?
Searching for 1954 only isn’t really producing any results
