So I recently got the motor running after it sitting for a couple years. the problem i'm having is that the throttle keeps wanting to stop instead of just to slow. is there anyway i can let go of the control lever or is it just a built in feature. the boat motor is 1953 Johnson Seahorse 25hp (rd-14). if anyone who has one of these motors and could give me some advice it would be much appreciated.
