" Top cylinder has weak spark

" Top cylinder has weak spark bottom cylindar has No spark. Points and condensers were changed in 1985 at that time motor would run for about 20 minutes and then shut down (pumps water). after a 1/2 hour or so it would start back up . Has not been run since then.The wax coating on the coils has dripped down over the block. Should I replace the coils, points and condensers or the whole stator plate. "

"Kirk.... On that model, it's called a armature plate. No need to replace the plate, simply replace the coils, points, and condensers.
