1919 johnson fuel flow restriction

"fuel does not seem to be getting to the spark plugs, i have to spray a fuel mixture to get it started. when running full throttle. i get a beep stating fuel flow restriction. if i give it a little gas in reverse or forward it cuts off, but if i go ahead and excellerate it runs. any ideas."

"you need to completely ck out your engine for starters,..spark,compression,fuel delivery.I would ck the primer.and oper of it...if u dont have a manual,i suggest u get one,its full of useful info and pix."

"if u are still on the VRO,..are u familiar w/all the tones....u may not be getting fuel restriction,..if u think u are,change all filters,ck the anti-siphon valve on fuel tank...if present,,chg primer bulb..."
