175hp what year model mariner?

I have a mariner 175hp grey with red stripes.Im not sure what year model it is.
The serial number is OC221001.
Can anyone help i have tryed searching but could not find the number.

1990 appears to be the year.-----------Any pictures of damaged parts ???----------Tested ( ohmeter ) the armature from commutator to the small stubb shaft on the bottom ???
