175 Ficht crank no start

Ok asking for help .. 99 evinrude 175 ficht Ram injection… fuel delivery seems intermittent at best and fuel pressure “seems” low when it does deliver.. I say seems low because I have not put a gauge on it just the old fingernail in the schrader valve test… I get more air than fuel coming out… I pulled the fuel separator apart and cannot blow through the check valve… Not even sure if you’re supposed to be able to. And that’s the part I’m asking help on. considering just ordering a water separator, but honestly would just be an all out guess, and I would just be throwing parts at it. But I do know I’m getting fuel to the separator and very little and sometimes not at all to the injectors.. I also pulled a couple injectors, I can feel and hear the injectors “thumping “ but no fuel. Any help here would be GREATLY appreciated!!!! Thanks in advance.
